INAUGURAZIONE APERTA AL PUBBLICO
Il Museo presenta il modello in scala 1:1 del lanciatore spaziale VEGA, realizzato grazie a un progetto promosso da ESA - Agenzia Spaziale Europea, in collaborazione con ASI - Agenzia Spaziale Italiana, sviluppato in Italia da Avio S.p.A.
La maquette esposta riproduce fedelmente il primo lanciatore VEGA che ha volato nel 2012 ed è l'unica a grandezza naturale al mondo. Trenta metri di tecnologia che diventano uno degli highlights del Museo e contribuiscono ad arricchire lo skyline della città di Milano.
VEGA è uno degli esempi più significativi della collaborazione europea in ambito spaziale con la partecipazione di Italia, Francia, Belgio, Spagna, Paesi Bassi, Svizzera e Svezia.

THE VEGA LAUNCHER TO THE MUSEUM

The Museum presents the 1: 1 scale model of the VEGA space launcher, realized thanks to a project promoted by ESA - European Space Agency, in collaboration with ASI - Italian Space Agency, developed in Italy by Avio S.p.A.
The maquette on display faithfully reproduces the first VEGA launcher that flew in 2012 it is the only life-size model in the world. Thirty meters of technology that become one of the highlights of the Museum and contribute to enriching the skyline of the city of Milan.
VEGA is one of the most significant examples of European collaboration in space with the participation of Italy, France, Belgium, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland and Sweden.
