INAUGURAZIONE PART - MODULO ARENGO
Apre a Rimini PART, nuovo sito museale che unisce in un progetto unitario la riqualificazione a fini culturali di
due edifici storici nel cuore della città e la collocazione permanente dell'eclettica raccolta di opere d'arte
contemporanea donate alla Fondazione San Patrignano da artisti, collezionisti e galleristi.
Le porte di PART - Palazzi dell'Arte Rimini si aprono gratuitamente al pubblico per uno speciale weekend di
inaugurazione: giovedì 24 settembre 2020 dalle ore 17.00 a mezzanotte e venerdì 25, sabato 26 e domenica 27 settembre
2020 dalle ore 9.00 sino a mezzanotte. L'anteprima per la stampa e il taglio del nastro si sono tenuti giovedi`
24 settembre 2020 in presenza del Presidente della Regione Emilia-Romagna Stefano Bonaccini, del Sindaco di Rimini
Andrea Gnassi e della co-fondatrice della Fondazione San Patrignano Letizia Moratti.
Il nuovo sito museale si colloca all'interno del complesso monumentale medievale costituito dal duecentesco
Palazzo dell'Arengo e dal trecentesco Palazzo del Podestà, i due imponenti edifici contigui di grande
rilevanza storica e architettonica che insieme a Palazzo Garampi, al Teatro Galli e alla Pescheria si affacciano
sulla Piazza Cavour, cuore della città.
All'interno di questo suggestivo contesto, interessato da un primo intervento di riqualificazione, troverà casa
la Collezione della Fondazione San Patrignano, raccolta di opere donate di affermati artisti contemporanei del panorama
italiano e internazionale in costante espansione, avviata nel 2017.
Per la parte di illuminotecnica, volta a valorizzare la collezione, unitamente alle architetture dello spazio, ci
si è rivolti all'architetto e lighting designer Alberto Pasetti Bombardella.

PART INAUGURATION - ARENGO MODULE
PART, a new museum site that unites the redevelopment for cultural purposes of
two historic buildings in the heart of the city and the permanent location of the eclectic collection of works of art
contemporary donated to the San Patrignano Foundation by artists, collectors and gallery owners.
The doors of PART - Palazzi dell'Arte Rimini open free to the public for a special weekend of
inauguration: Thursday 24 September 2020 from 17.00 to midnight and Friday 25, Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 September
2020 from 9.00 until midnight. The press preview and ribbon cutting were held on Thursday
24 September 2020 in the presence of the President of the Emilia-Romagna Region Stefano Bonaccini, of the Mayor of Rimini
Andrea Gnassi and the co-founder of the San Patrignano Foundation Letizia Moratti.
The new museum site is located within the medieval monumental complex built in the thirteenth century
Palazzo dell�Arengo and the fourteenth-century Palazzo del Podesta & agrave, the two imposing adjoining buildings of great
historical and architectural significance which, together with Palazzo Garampi, the Galli Theater and the Pescheria, overlook
on Piazza Cavour, the heart of the city.
Within this evocative context, affected by an initial redevelopment, he will find a home
the San Patrignano Foundation Collection, a collection of works donated by established contemporary artists of the panorama
Italian and international company in constant expansion, launched in 2017.
For the part of lighting, aimed at enhancing the collection, together with the architecture of the space, there
turned to the architect and lighting designer Alberto Pasetti Bombardella.
